The Village of Horseheads CCA program will renew in October 2021.
How to Opt-Out
The CCA program provides residents with a competitive fixed electric supply rate.
If you do not wish to participate in the CCA Program, you can opt-out at any time in 1 of 3 easy ways, for no penalty:
1. Mail: return the opt out card you received in the mail with pre-paid envelope
2. Phone: call Constellation’s dedicated CCA Line at 833-866-9637
3. Web: visit www.constellation.com/ny-MEGA
Please watch for electricity scams: if you receive a phone call or a door-to-door sale it is NOT the CCA Program.
Do not give out your electricity account number.
