Ten communities in Southern Tier and Central NY NYSEG territory will be renewing the CCA program this summer: Town of Augusta, Village of Burdett, Village of Delhi, City of Elmira, Town of Horseheads, Town of Lebanon, Village of Newark Valley, Village of Oriskany Falls, Village of Spencer, Town of Union. These towns launched the MEGA CCA program in 2019 and have opted to renew the program for a second 24-month term.
